Refund & Return Policy

1. Return Eligibility

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. You may return items within 30 days of delivery if:

  • The item is unused and in its original condition
  • The item is in its original packaging
  • You have proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)
  • The item is not on our non-returnable items list

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants)
  • Personal care items (cosmetics, hygiene products)
  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software or digital products
  • Items marked as final sale or clearance

3. How to Return an Item

To initiate a return:

  1. Log in to your account and go to Order History
  2. Select the order containing the item you wish to return
  3. Click "Request Return" and select the reason
  4. Print the return label provided
  5. Pack the item securely in its original packaging
  6. Attach the return label and ship the package

4. Return Shipping

Return shipping costs depend on the reason for return:

  • Defective or Wrong Item: We provide a prepaid return label at no cost to you
  • Change of Mind: You are responsible for return shipping costs
  • Free Returns: Some items may qualify for free returns (indicated on product page)

We recommend using a trackable shipping service. We are not responsible for items lost in return transit.

5. Refund Processing

Once we receive your return:

  • We will inspect the item within 2-3 business days
  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method
  • Refunds typically appear within 5-10 business days, depending on your bank
  • You will receive an email confirmation once the refund is processed
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable (unless the return is due to our error)

6. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size, color, or product, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order. This ensures you receive your preferred item as quickly as possible.

7. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Provide photos of the damage or defect
  • We will arrange for a replacement or full refund
  • Return shipping will be covered by us

8. Wrong Item Received

If you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately. We will send you the correct item at no additional cost and provide a prepaid return label for the incorrect item.

9. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund after the expected timeframe:

  • Check your bank account again
  • Contact your credit card company (processing may take time)
  • Contact your bank (there may be processing delays)
  • If you've done all of this and still haven't received your refund, contact us at info@bugglyfarms.com

10. Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be granted in the following situations:

  • Item shows obvious signs of use
  • Item is not in its original condition or is damaged
  • Item is missing parts not due to our error
  • Item is returned more than 30 days after delivery
